Jacket Transformation Using Ice Dye

BEFORE

Last week,  I wrote about my visit to Saddleback's Fashion Closet  , and picking up this Limited blazer for absolutely free. I then brought it to my dye class, with L. Fox, and dyed it using the ice dye technique. My plan was to redesign the blazer, but I absolutely fell in love with it.

Instead of cutting it up the beautiful ice dye effects, I decided to keep it as is.

Ice Dye

Ice dye is a really fun, and surprisingly easy dye technique using ice. You basically place ice on top of your garment, and then sprinkle the powdered color dye over the ice. Let the ice melt over night, wash, and dry.
